What you will be doing

C&B

--Regular salary data, benefit information collection, update within the region;

--Support and coordination of annual review within the region, including but not limited to the table preparation, result consolidation, communication letter preparation, etc;

--First contact window to the insurance companies/ broker within the region, review the proposal, contracts and claim information;

--Legal regulation update and communicate to different parties;

--Handle monthly salary calculation, payment and IIT filing of RHQ;

 

 

HR system & reporting

--Maintain HR headcount report, track managerial changes in the region and prepare various HR reports for management information.

--Maintain, update and quality check various HR systems, Hermes, SAP to make sure the accuracy of the regional data;

 

 

Others

--Provide support for the expats assignment in the region, including immigration, agreement preparation, individual income tax checking, etc;

--Administrational support for organizing HR meetings and prepare the meeting minutes;

--Assist to implement various HR projects in the region

Who we are looking for

--University degree or similar professional qualification in HR or other majors

--3+ years practical experience in a similar job with a foreign invested company or JV

--Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must

--Willing to study hard to learn a new subject area

--Detail oriented

--Personable and able to communicate with the business word

--Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

--Good organizational and planning skills

--Open and communicative personality

--High integrity, Reliable, Confidential and “Can – do” attitude
