What you will be doing

Assist Production Manager to complete chemical commissioning and start up new plant on time.

Lead FC team to operate equipment and troubleshoot  in person and to be outstanding model  in the team.

Ensure all operations and activities in accordance with company EHS policy. Coordinate and work with related department to continuously improve EHS.

Ensure all the operator are trained with solid operation skill and safety awareness.

Work with planning function to meet the daily demanded volume, and coordinate with other department to solve production issues timely.       

Work closely with other department (maintenance, quality, process etc) to solve issues in production, and improve the quality, process, efficiency continuously.

Manage and monitor final goods yield during production and other related operations.

Manage all production staffing accountabilities, including recruiting and hiring, coaching, and training & development.

Ensure all the production activities is compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.

Drive the continuous improvement to performance excellence.

Who we are looking for

•     This position requires an diploma or university degree in Chemical Engineering. An advanced degree would be an asset.

•     Strong knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standards

•     Minimum of 5 years experience in chemical plant including at least 3 years in production management position

•     Experience in precious metal management is also required

•     MES& SAP skill is preferred

•   Fluent in both Chinese and English
