Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - According to the department KPI to develop the working plan to improve the equipment safety and reduce the equipment downtime
- Complete the regular maintenance job as planned and meet the complete rate target
- Technical support to other team member in mechanical side
- Analyse the equipment mechanical failure, develop solving plan and complete the actions in time.
- Work with production team and take lead of equipment improvement activities in mechanical side
- Work as supporter in the projects related to equipment or mechanical
- Review the spare part list and take actions to control the maintenance cost in budget
- Develop and review the WI for PM jobs and optimize the operation
