Key responsibilities include: 

  • Conduct catalyst preparation, modification, and basic performance evaluation according to defined research objectives
  • Perform FC electrochemical testing and assist with materials characterization to evaluate catalyst activity and durability
  • Collect, organize, and conduct initial analysis of experimental data
  • Setting up, operating and monitoring laboratory equipment 
  • Actively contributing to the review and improvement of safety assessments and safety instructions 
  • Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on laboratory equipment and coordinating external service providers

 

Your Key Accountabilities
  • Delivers expert work in General R, D & I with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
  • Executes research projects within program, applying knowledge and expertise.- Builds knowledge and expertise within core competence subdomains.
  • Owns complex tasks in project management and chemical or process engineering, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
  • Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
  • Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree preferred (outstanding Bachelor’s candidates may be considered) in Materials Science, Chemistry, Catalysis, Electrochemistry, Energy Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience in a chemical laboratory, preferably in an R&D environment 
  • Basic ability to read and understand technical literature in English
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned experimental tasks and data quality
  • Structured, reliable and safety‑oriented working style 
  • Good learning ability
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
