Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct catalyst preparation, modification, and basic performance evaluation according to defined research objectives
- Perform FC electrochemical testing and assist with materials characterization to evaluate catalyst activity and durability
- Collect, organize, and conduct initial analysis of experimental data
- Setting up, operating and monitoring laboratory equipment
- Actively contributing to the review and improvement of safety assessments and safety instructions
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on laboratory equipment and coordinating external service providers
Your Key Accountabilities
- Delivers expert work in General R, D & I with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
- Executes research projects within program, applying knowledge and expertise.- Builds knowledge and expertise within core competence subdomains.
- Owns complex tasks in project management and chemical or process engineering, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
- Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
- Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
- Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Who we are looking for
Your profile
- Master’s degree preferred (outstanding Bachelor’s candidates may be considered) in Materials Science, Chemistry, Catalysis, Electrochemistry, Energy Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in a chemical laboratory, preferably in an R&D environment
- Basic ability to read and understand technical literature in English
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assigned experimental tasks and data quality
- Structured, reliable and safety‑oriented working style
- Good learning ability
- Good teamwork and communication skills
